Dean has responsibility for administrative aspects of the business. In the past he has been Managing Director of Sapphire Technologies Austrailia and MVM recruitment.

As a Director and co-founder of RedRock, I have enjoyed working for the company for over 18 years. Over that period, I have focussed on building teams while remaining hands-on, predominantly working with organisations across the financial services and healthcare sectors. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my two daughters while avoiding all types of exercise.

As Head of Finance, Dee oversees all finance and back office operations at RedRock across all business divisions. A graduate in Accounting & Finance, Dee joined RedRock in 2009 and implemented the Finance function that included robust controls to support the accuracy of month and year end reporting to the board of Directors.

I’ve been with RedRock for 13 years and my role here is the Payroll Manager where i ensure the smooth running of the payroll for our contractors - processing timesheets and dealing with finance queries - I do love a spreadsheet! I work with the most amazing team supporting each other in our roles. Away from work, I am a mum to two small boys who keep me busy. We are huge Bristol Rovers fans and attend home matches and away games as often as possible.

I have been at RedRock for over 13 years where I now work with some of my best friends. No two days are the same working as Assistant Financial Controller which keeps me on my toes - much like my home life where I am Mum to two small animal-loving boys. Away from work, I like spending time outdoors with my family, mainly because it keeps my house from resembling one of the many zoos/farms we have just visited.

I've been with RedRock for over 9 years, supporting a wide range of clients across the Service Provider, Datacentre, and SaaS space. My expertise lies in hiring across Cloud, Infrastructure and Network, Software, and everything in between. Outside of recruitment, I’m into BlueHealth and you’ll normally find me in the sea, near the sea, attempting to surf or exploring nature's many gifts.

I’ve worked at RedRock for over 8 years in the payroll team, a great day at work for me is when all timesheets come in on time and the payroll runs smoothly. Outside of work I love to travel and visit new places. I’m happiest when I’m lying by the beach/pool with a cocktail and a book in my hands!

Soon to be 7 years at Redrock, I work part-time in the Finance team and have various duties ranging from processing staff payroll to month-end reporting - and lots of other things in between! Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, yoga and playing piano.

I've been with RedRock for over seven years, supporting organisations of all sizes across the Telecoms/IT Service Provider, Professional Services & SaaS domains. My expertise lies in hiring across Digital, Engineering & Sales. Away from the professional hustle, you'll catch me in the midst of a 6-a-side game of football, depressingly supporting Man Utd, or immersing myself in a variety of other sports. From time to time, I will mess around on my DJ decks. Admittedly, it's more of a distant relative DJing at a backyard wedding than a headliner at Glastonbury, but it adds a beat to my life outside the tech recruitment game!

I’ve survived the highs and lows of tech recruitment for 6 years now, and after a year away from the company I’m happy to say I’m back at RedRock where it all began - they even refurbished the office in readiness for my return. In all seriousness, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed building an amazing network of leaders in digital transformation, learning about and supporting the countless approaches to driving innovation through technology, and connecting some of the best in the business, and I’m glad that I’m able to continue doing so at RedRock. Outside of work, I’m unashamedly partial to a tribute gig, and you’ll likely spot me either walking aimlessly around Bristol or splitting the G.

I’ve been at RedRock for over 7 years and have worked across the whole business. I have a solid track record in sourcing permanent and interim resource within short time frames for clients across the FinTech & Digital Technology sectors. I enjoy being active in my spare time, playing padel and football, and enjoy experiencing new places.

I've been with RedRock for 5 years now, working in talent acquisition and constantly searching for the best people to join our team! Recently I have taken on the role of HR Lead, continuing to bring in best practices while helping to grow RedRock!

I've had the pleasure of being a part of the RedRock team for over four years, where I've refined my expertise in Digital/Delivery hires across Retail and Healthcare. It's been a rewarding journey, navigating the complexities of these industries and connecting talented individuals with their ideal roles. Beyond my professional work life, I have a number of interests. My background as an ex-Michelin Pastry Chef has instilled in me a love for precision and creativity, qualities I bring to every aspect of my work. You'll often find me on the tennis court, relishing the challenge of the game, or perfecting my swing on the golf course. Joining this team four years ago has been an eye-opening experience, allowing me to blend my professional expertise with my personal interests, and contributing to our collective mission with dedication and enthusiasm.

In my 3 years at Redrock, we have seen many changes to the compliance landscape. With over 11 years’ experience in this area, and a great team around me, we have been able to implement new policies and procedures to adapt to this changing environment with ease. Outside of the office my love of film, art and photography keeps me busy.

Since I joined RedRock I have felt welcomed and supported. Being a Marketing Executive is always exciting and often comes with a lot of challenges which have helped me to develop my skills and confidence. I am a fan of personal growth and enjoy meditating as well as reading books, but my passion is martial arts.

I have worked at RedRock for two and a half years now, after finishing my degree in Newcastle. Throughout my time here I have supported an array of clientele across multiple industries, hiring into their digital, engineering, and technical teams. In my spare time, I enjoy running, traveling, and socialising with friends at various festivals and Ibiza trips while trying to avoid Crystal Palace’s results.

I’ve been at RedRock for just over a year, currently working as a Compliance & Administrative Assistant. Outside of work I enjoy photography, illustrating, and looking for the next Vinted bargain!

After studying at Cardiff University, I am excited to have joined the team as a Junior Recruitment Resourcer. Working closely with the team at RedRock, I resource across a range of IT related roles. I love Music, Films and even dabbled in a bit of acting in my time.
